Srinivasaraghavan is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Madras and had done Management from IIM Calcutta. He is also a qualified Cost Accountant and has a part time Diploma in Software Technology from National Centre for Software Technology.
He has held senior strategic roles as Senior Vice President for ACC , Chief of Marketing designated President in Jaiprakash Associates and Director for Penna Cements. Currently he is Strategic consultant with Ultratech Cement for new markets entry.
He has over 20 years’ experience in leading marketing teams to deliver organizational objectives in terms of quantum increases in Volume, Brand Enhancement, reducing receivables, improving price premium in Markets from minus 2 to over 15 % – with the same team of Field Staff. He believes that Operations Excellence delivers Strategic Goals, else Strategy remains on paper. Operations is the Core area where management has to concentrate for daily delivery of results once strategy is set. He also encourages Human Resources development as an Operations person with both OJT and class room inputs, case studies etc. On a continuous basis.
